Very cool engraving. It actually looks like you know what your doing. That neck joint is way more complicated than what we do now days, glad someone thought of a better way.

Nice looking guitar Grant. I use a 30 caliber Remmington for deer hunting, but haven't been in your neck of the woods!

StewMac has a great (free) fret calculator on their website. Don't know if it does mandolins, but I have printed out a number of different guitar scales, nut to fret and fret to fret on all of them.

Grant, when you glued the top on did you have the top upside down and set the rims on (with clamps) then set the tentelones?
