Awesome to see Grant. The level of detail is amazing. Can you still get gut strings?

Re: Gold Top Les Paul?

Joe is this the one you had up at Stringfest a few years back? I remember one with a sandblasted top. I liked it then but man, it’s even better now.

Seriously nice work!

Looking good Joe. How are you applying the Qualasole? How is the odor? I’m always open to a better method. Hopefully you’ll bring her up so we can get an earful!

Re: Indian Rosewood low-tuned 12 String

Looking good Joe. Good to see you making some progress. I was just thinking I hadn't seen anything from you lately. Your truss rod slot seems to end a ways from the nut. I always thought they had to be almost right up to the nut area. Hmmm. Now you got me thinking. :D

Re: Indian Rosewood low-tuned 12 String

Joe, my two cents on the back reinforcing strip necessity is that it’s probably not an absolute must, especially if your glue joint is good. And if I read your posts correctly and you routed in the decorative back strip after the back was glued up, we’ll that in my mind does essentially the same thi...
