I use the Weld On for that stuff, and I dig it too, Joe - Still got a bunch of strips of the Martin faux-ti-shell...

I just caught up on your build Joe and it looks great!
Inspires me to get back at my two guitars in progress. Nice work!

Re: Thermally treated GC Build
This guitar is finally done...….
And I used Behlen's Qualasole for the finish following jackdamico's post thread in the finishing section of the forum. Very impressed, quick and easy.
And here it is.
Engraved Waverly tuners with Ivoroid knobs...
----- Tailpiece and floating bridge......
----- ----- First fancy fret board markers I've ever done.....
----- And indeed it turned out to be a guitar!
-----
Come to Stringfest and check it out.......
Sorry for the sideways pics...…..

Very nice Joe, wish I could see it in action. Did you use ladder bracing on this one also?

Way to go, Joe!

Joe - looks great! Nice to see TM white spruce getting out in the world Do you make the tailpieces? That looks like a specialty in and of itself.
