Back done and ready to glue. Just have to re-rosette a top since I poached the one for this build for the guitar I donated to the Hospital Auction.

I made the mistake yesterday of tapping on the sides and nearly lost an ear drum!!!! The sides!! Sides aren't supposed to do that. Nearly done with the rosette, waiting on more purfling.

Todd, When you get some time could you explain how you build the radius into the mold? Do you cut the taper in and then take it to a radius sanding dish to set the radius? The one problem I seem to have with taking the rim to a sanding dish is getting it consistent and even especially when you have a armrest and ribrest and deep neck block. The side without the extra wood of the rest wants to sand faster then the the side with the the wood for obvious reasons. So I am again intrigued with this.
