no way I been working on this for weeks...
still working on this today....
.
fret board installing frets.
..
ok am cheating a little on the inlay...hey it works..
one tool works both way ...lot more cutting and planing for the head plate and bridge.
Ill keep working ..

Oh, Okay Ron,
Guess I jumped the gun there. Looks good. That cutting and grinding tool is neat but be careful you don't cut into your thumbnail
. Looks a bit close tolerance work there.

Wow, that is some fine looking work Ron!!! I was going to ask if you cut out the pearl yourself or was it from one of the eastern suppliers on ebay. I guess your photos answered that for me. Great job, heck I think you just might make a harp/guitar builder after all.

I did some 40 bears for another forum last years..sent them out to guys all over the world...even WCompaino used one of my inlays on his guitar.

Just about at the last of what I can do for this week,,wait on the headplate and bridge. last 3 days has been adding thin coats of shellac.
finish the inlay. headplate only I need to make the bridge in order to get a better idea what to do there...so I work on the bridge pins.
take a look....
