Holy guacamole, batman!
Hey, Brian, let's see that Mango matched the other way (fiddleback at the seam and gray/spalt to the outer edges.) Looks like you'd get considerably more flame figure within the pattern that way.

That is actually how I will do it. I just showed it this way because the other sides are too to wavy and raw still to see the bookmatch. I will join it today after thicknessing.

Hey Brian,
That mango looks just like the sets Eben and I shared.
I seem to remember sending one to Dean too.
I used one earlier this year on a dread and think it sounds much like walnut.
Very pretty with a nice warm sound.
